Good it only was the shaft these time, but when you say hot, how hot do you think the motor get?
Scorpions can get hot if run with wrong timings and wrong PWM but then they guzzle power to.
At least the one sitting in my Warp do not run hot and is plenty strong.

I’ve read several posts stating that Scorpion motors tend to run hot. No doubt esc settings can minimize this though playing with the PWM hasn’t cooled the Scorpion on my Logo 600. The Scorpion on my Gaui X5 stays relatively cool.
