Hi, one of my buddies who is just learning on a mini titan cobra (With poorly equipped ts6) and he had a boom strike !
Problem is he is struggling to source a replacement boom, so does the standard e325 boom fit or can it be modified to fit, or do you guys have any other suggestions?

If he's using the tail boom for the Cobra fuselage, you need part number
PV0905 TAIL BOOM 300mm
Fast Lads are the only sellers of them in the UK, but they're out of stock at the mo. Might be worth giving Alan or Andy a call on 01226 281177 and asking if they can order some in.

The stock metal boom off the rest of the range is 330mm long, so you could chop 30mm off a stock boom, but then you've somehow got to try to cut a pair of slots in the tail end, because there are a pair of splines inside the angle gearbox which sit in the slots to stop the tail end twisting.
You could try it, if you can't get the right length boom for the fuselage.
