In addition, I did check the pitch curves for all for FM and I have it set as global pitch curve so they are all the same standard curve in the jeti.

I was wrong on the trim settings though they are active but none were "off" meaning all were in their centered positions.

So in the last video you had disconnected the motor and you were out of TH obviously.

And there was no swash tilt.

So it only happens when the motor actually spins.

Vibrations?
Did you try the analysis?

As I stated in the video, vibs are very low across the board like 9 or 10 max in the analysis screen.

Yeah, and it would not fit the symptom of the swash tilting only when you apply pitch...

Darn.

Tricky.

Where is the ESC signal connected? Spirit or receiver? Have you tried to set it up with ESC connected into the other device? Which ESC & receiver and are you running telemetry? Any other telemetry devices?

If ESC is plugged in to the Spirit now and works correctly in the rx, that will tell you something worthwhile. Or the other way around.

If you're running telemetry, disconnect it and do the same test as the first video.

If it works fine with no motor, you have to isolate it to find it, so try everything you can think of that will eliminate one device, input, or factor at a time.

Dan

You could try to return to the previous setup where it was working well.
This is to disable CC telemetry (although it should have no effect on this).

The worst scenario could be, that during modification of the unit that you have shipped to us for resistor change, something happened to the sensor connection (which is very unprobable, but due to required forces, it is in theory possible). In that case we will send you a new unit of course.

Can you check if the rudder is drifting somehow when motor is running?

So if you do not know what else you could try is to swap the unit for other spirit, load there very same settings and compare.

Also you may try to enable Advanced/Expert settings/Extended signal processing option.

I do have another Spirit Pro on the way, when it comes in I'll load the same setting and see what happens.

Ok, well not fixed yet but did rule out the FBL controller.

The Spirit Pro arrived today so I updated it to the latest firmware then loaded the settings into it from the older unit, same result...crazy swash action with motor running.

Still investigating...

Did you try swapping two servos?

Will help decide between a single crazy servo and something else.

(I think I suggested already but kind of lost trackl

Make a video of moving every control even throttle ( so unplug a motor wire / remove pinion) and show the controller and Diag. screen of spirit in video.

shouldn't take very long but gives a idea as to whats going on in spirits head. moves controls with and with throttle engaged. even with idles ups

its so odd and we all want to help you not destroy your bird over a incorrect setting

Default Solved!!

Ok, I had one of these install between the aileron & pitch servos and the Spirit so I could have two power connections too the FBL.

Apparently either the Spirit or the servos did not like that & once I connected everything directly to Spirit all worked as it should while running-> No more crazy tilt

I don't really understand why it didn't like it but it didn't. I thought it would just pass the signal through as if it was directly connected.

If you needed an extra power input why not just use a simple Y harness ?

WTF the power buss was mixing the signal from ali. and ele.? or throttle and pitch?

Thats odd, but I have never used one of those. is it just like a BEC?

Wherever I read, they never mention you can plug servos there... they always mention Spartan Data Pod, S.Bus Receiver, Back Up batteries...

Why not a simple Y?

I had something similiar in my nitro, I was noticing the uneven movement of servos for pitch. That is when I realized I had way too much trim on my controller but I see you went over that now...
