Default reactivate data viewer pro license

Hi,there was already a post earlier with similar subject. Unfortunately closed. That's why I open a new one. Hope this is ok?

I have purchased the data viewer pro key last year. And sucessfully installed it. Unfortuantely I had to reinstall the operating system on my computer. Since then the key is no more valid and I'm not able to use the pro version any further.
Then I contacted skookum by email - no response.
Any proposal how to get the pro version enabled again? The original key is still available.

Nope, unfortunatellly there is no way to overcome this issue without having Skookum involved. They either will update your records in their database or simply issue a fresh installation key.

Default no reply from skookum

thanks for the feedback. It's what I expected. But what can I do if skookum doesn't reply after weeks? Any other channel except email to contact them?

You have to email Art and have him send you a new number. Done this about five times now.

Default how long waiting?

Thanks for the feedback. I sent the first email on 13th of May. And another one on 27th of June. No response from Skookum.
Just before (30th of June) I sent the third one. This time I got a reply from the system: "<info@skookumrobotics.com>: host skookumrobotics.com[67.20.115.233] said: 550-"JunkMail rejected - ..."

What can I do?

I made a annother trial using a different email address. This time I got a Reply from Skookum.
They reset my key and now it works.
