Default 3000mah 12s in E8

I'm thinking about getting 3000mAh 12s packs for my NEX E8 build with x-era 4030. I found good deal with these packs and it might also solve(or help with) nose heavy "issue" some of you are having.
X-era is supposed to be very efficient, but still, what flight times should I expect? Or is this completely bad idea?

IT depends how you fly, if you fly only big sky ok but for aggressive 3d or hard aerobatics 4030 is small, also look at the align 700mx motors runs cool and winding is very neat.
Don't let the cg concern you, I'm using 3800 tp and can guarantee you it's not noticeable in flight on vbar, actually flies better than my perfect cg logo, my friend has same and is in agreement re cg

4030 is actually 700size motor, size-wise it is as big as scorpion 4035. I'm really not worried that it won't be powerfull enough. Besides, I belive more in collective management then over powering the heli.
What I'm worried about is flight time with 3000mah packs. Will theese 300mah make any difference?

40 is the diameter of the stator 30 the length so it's smaller than 4035,

Thats outside dimensions of motor, the designation 4035 etc is the inside, i.e stator size i.e the size that matters!
