Default Charging Batteries

My brushed genius will be arriving tomorrow. 2801 pro is programmed & batteries are on their way.
What's the best way to charge the stock & hyperion batt's. Wow was out of the charging cable. I have a Bantam BC6DX.
Thanks for the help.

clubheli has a 6S adapter
http://www.clubheli.com/6S-Serial-Ch...XH_p_2819.html

i'd remove the stock connector and use some other type of plug like micro dean. the only thing is when charging in series the cells have to be the same capacity. imo it's better to charge them this way in balance configuration rather than parallel.

for the hyperions, I would get this parallel adapter to charge up to 6 at a time with your bantam. http://www.allerc.com/hyperion-6-por...ly-p-5360.html

The connectors are different than the stock walkera ones. Either make a small adapter cable to use both types or switch out the connectors to the same type of whatever your preference is

Hope that helps

That's a handy little thing there too!

Thanks for the replies. So, if I'm running 3 1s batteries 240 mah I would set the charger @ 3s & 720 mah?
I have a charge cable that should be arriving soon. The hyperion & the one from clubheli both look nice. Thanks for the links.
USPS says the genius will be delivered tomorrow & I'm trying to avoid being grounded due to no charged batt's.

A little reading about charging and caring for the Hyp 240's.
http://media.hyperion.hk/dn/g3lipo/ scroll down to the charge and care part.
BTW lots of parts to keep you grounded. I get caught all the time waiting for:
servos
tail booms
main motors
Enjoy your G CP and keep your credit card handy! Good flying to you.

I use these pigtails from Hobbyking because they are cheap and easy to change to micro deans http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=10621.

The hyperion charging chart is very convenient as a reference. http://www.hyperion.hk/dn/g3lipo/lgum6p.htm

I'm curious how you can get 5-6 minutes charge times? The best I can get is 12 minutes charging a hyperion 240 in fast mode (using accucel 6) at 6c (~1.4amp for one battery).
