check your tail belt tension after the first flight, mine was in need of retensioning - it might have been my mistake but it's better to be sure !

Excuse my lack of knowledge but why does the vector have its swash drivers placed so far out, arent they normal much tighter in? Almost like they should be screwed into the further hole on the head block

Probably for the same reason my RJX X-Treme 600 has the tail rotor on the left side with the bolt heads facing in toward the boom.
