Default KDS USA contact info?

Their website doesn't seem to have an email anymore and their phone number on the website doesn't connect...

Anybody know how to contact them? I've got a slight problem with a recent order...

Exactly my predicament - I need to order a V1 swashplate for my 7.2. I emailed using a past email for Allen Womack who is no longer involved with KDS USA; previously another person had responded in his place.

Apparently, there is another guy by the name of Bob, from Denton TX (somebody told me that). I saw him at the Abilene fun fly a couple of weekends ago but didn't get to talk to him.

I was hoping that Bob was monitoring this KDS forum in the hopes of getting customer support.

I'll keep looking - post an update if you figure out a contact email or phone for Bob or whoever is KDS Models USA.

Chris.

Me too.
This makes 2 dead N320T servos. One in the kit and one I bought from KDS USA.

I received an email today to review the products I purchased from them. I hope they read it.

Just heard back from KDS USA. The man running the warehouse is David Johns. He has been most helpful. My previous information was incorrect as David pointed out to me.

Thanks.
Pete.

Still nothing!? I emailed using the PP email address and still no word. Does KDS monitor these Forums? Do they look at their email? I guess I'm going to file a claim with Pay Pal. I hate to do it but it has been weeks now.

Thank you.
I received a partial refund from PP for the cost of one servo. I'm happy for that. I hope that the web site gets updated.
As for social media. I don't do it and wish that it never existed. It is the leading cause of young adult and teen suicides. They believe they have friends but it turns out they only have problems that they should not have had if they only had human contact.
