Default E-flite 550H motor timing

Has anyone figured out the correct timing for the stock 550H motor? I don't mean "low, medium, high" settings in a Castle ESC. I'm talking about a number in exact degrees. I wish they'd put this spec in the instructions. Thanks.

If you govern your head speed the timing is dynamic, it's variable. Gov'd HS with low timing tends to work best with most motors, especially KDE! I've found little differences when changing settings with the stock motor but found it needs a higher startup power setting to keep the cogging/jitters away.

Changing startup power makes no difference in flight. I have a slight screeching sound (no, it's not the motor bearings, etc) since switching to a Hobbywing 120 V4 ESC. It's the sound a motor makes when it's starting to lose commutation due to incorrect timing. I had the same issue with an Align motor and switching to a Hobbywing ESC on my X3. Changing the timing fixed it, but I can't seem to find the sweet spot with the 550H on my 550X.

Would you like my Castle file so you can use my settings? I have a 550 with a 120HV and 130LV, both with stock motor, run perfectly!

I replaced my CC 120HV with the Hobbywing. But, you can just tell me what your timing numerical value is, though.
