Default North American support

Hi fellow freaks.
I may be in the works on becoming a North American distributor for Hatz-Beam products. I was wondering on what kind of sales to the end consumers I can count on?
This would really depend on what kind of deal I can make with Hatz-Beam. This would only be a mail order type of business with no brick and mortar store. E-bay and Amazon sales would probably be the bulk of the sales. I would stock kits and most common spare parts only.
I will keep you posted on the progress. Thank you.
Pete

As I said in the other thread I'll be watching your progress. A lot of people have BEAM's sitting on the shelf collecting dust for fear they can't get parts in the USA if they crash. You might be able to get the BEAM market started again. That would be awesome.

Thank you Joe.
As anyone knows it takes a lot more customers besides us two to become even remotely successful. If this thread is any indication of north American support then I can understand why there is no dealers.
Another issue is the lack of response from Hats-Beam on my request for a wholesale pricing list and minimum order/ stock list.
I believe it would be easier and cheaper to become a Tarrot, and ALZRC distributor than a Hats-Beam.
Pete.

Well folks.
I have given up on Beam. They do not have a wholesale price list and price products on each order. How can someone retail something if you don't know how much your paying for the product? Would you pull up to a gas pump if there was no cost per gallon price, just a total when finished pumping? How can I explain to a customer why a feathering shaft now costs $3.95 when last month he got one for $3.69. I can not operate like that. Prices to me must remain fixed for a given time and not fluctuate on an order by order basis. That is just crazy.
I just can't understand why they would drop such a huge market such as North America.
Sorry guys. I gave it a shot.
Pete

Wow. With a supply system like that I think we now know why they didn't survive in the USA. Add overseas shipping to an unstable pricing structure and no retailer in their right mind would carry them for long. A real shame.....

Yeah it's too bad but it's great that you tried.
