Thanks bro. But i dont think governor is working properly because motor rpm drops when i try to do rainbows. I was flying at 95% flat. For hw 100a esc you need maximum 85% throttle to work but woth 85% theottles feels too less....

Pulse 5000 45C.

It came down pretty toasty, not too bad but worth noting. ESC came down quite warm as well but with the fan it cools off very quickly.

your governor looks solid bro(y)!. i noticed you have mentioned gov activated from msh gyro but not from HW esc. i am using HW 100a v4 HV esc on a 550dfc e , but my esc gov is not activating properly. much better esc as compared to talon 90 but even during tick tocs and pitch pumps motor(1220kv) starts to bogs and can slow down sometimes unlike your dominator. thus fasiling the attempt.could it be the motor or should i activate governor from gyro instead. i use 95% flat throttle line.

thankyou!

I havent programmed it yet. Just recieved the card this week. By default giv is enables and works till 85% thtrottle. I have also tried flying at 85% tx throttle flat line but HS feels less than 60% at that moment and so i can motor rpm doesnt remain constant.

Parts ordered...but HeliDirect only had 2 servo gear sets so I'll be waiting on a third. Does anyone know if there is a gear set for the rudder servo?

I've been flying larger helis a lot lately, but it was nice to fly the 550 today. Absolutely gorgeous weather in Texas.

get rid of the align metal servo arms and you wont be replacing the servo gears. get some seacraft arms and they give in a crash, saving your gears..I use the SAB arms and drill a hole right at the letters "SAB" so hopefully it breaks right there. also most plastic arms with full size servos strip at the splines inside the arm.
