I went with the 600. Now I need rain free days and some zip ties to tidy up the wires. Forgot them at home. Test hover in the shop went great tail had a bit of bounce back but the head is darn near spot on!

i bought the fuse from helidirect back a couple years ago, the cockpit with pilots came with it. actually when i got the package it didnt have the cockpit and pilots so i called helidirect and the sent it out to me express, good guys in my opinion. i think you can find one from heliartist or RC Aerodyne might have them.

nice, youll find that if you had a cockpit you wouldnt have enough room to power those 8 blades anyway.

what motor are you going to use?

It's a 550 motor scorpion 4020 890 I'm running 8s and and a 3s receiver pack and 2s small pack for led. Not nearly enough room. I think I'm going to drop from 8v to 7.2 on the servos so I can do away with the 3s pack.

i running the 900kv scorpion myself so pretty much the same and on 8s. yes too tight to work on anything once inside the fuse. i am using to 4s 3300 flat packs for multrotors, one on each side right behind the cockpit. velcro is on the bottom of the packs and they stand up with the leads facing up. on way i could get enough battery to fit in this heli.
