I know that smaller packs have higher IR measurments, but, what is too much.For example I have a couple old 2 cell 30c 200 ma packs for my MCPX BL that have IR measurements of 62 and 91 and still seem to fly ok.Should I discontinue these packsor fly until they drop?

With the little packs, just keep flying until they start to trigger LVC early in the flight. They soon let you know when they are worn out! I don't think those values are unusually high for small 2 cell packs.
