Right on, great video Matt, keep em coming Cool idea on using those alum inserts for standoffs. Next I'm gonna cut the frame to get the engine/muffler out easier. Thanks for some weight saving ideas.

Those servo savers actually do provide one useful advantages. They allow you to soft mount the servos and prevent it from rocking on the rubber grommets. They also protect the upper bearing inside the servo which are usually a 6x10x3 which is a rather small bearing. It's like a third bearing block on the mainshaft not absolutely necessary but certainly good to have.
