It all starts with the brass tail pitch slider. It has to slide up and down the main shaft completely smooth. Next the hinges on the links have to be free. You get them free by either working them on the tail pitch yoke or by removing the pin and lightly filing the inner surfaces (where the inner surfaces come in contact with the pitch yoke) until there is no resistance on the links to turn on the tail pitch yoke. Next, it's the links and how they fit on the balls. They must be free but not sloppy. This is achieved through meticulous and extremely careful resizing--On my Chronos the links were perfect, I had no resizing to do, which as I have since learned is odd.
Finally, grips. The grips must rotate freely around the spindles of the hub. This is easy, if the grips are assembled properly, it should be no issue. I work from the pitch slider up to the grips. This way, I can quickly isolate the cause of binding in the system. I'm waiting for Keven's input, too! I just thought I'd chime in since my tail on my Chronos does the same thing, just with a different coin. Scott

Thatīs the way to go Scott
The balls are also a very very little bit different, so switching the arms on the bladegrips might also help. A little slop is also always better than resistance, the arms are being pushed onto the balls in rotation so a little slop is okay here. But keep it as little as possible and make sure to change worn out arms for safety reasons.

I run 690mm KBDD EE Main Blades with 112mm EE's on the tail.
Tail is rock solid with both the V-Bar on the Three-Bladed Chronos (with V-Bar) and the Two-Bladed Chronos (with Robird).
