I suppose the flat spots on the clutch hub is for holding it with a big wrench while thightening and loosening the nut to the crankshaft, instead of the cloth....

i have a question..... does it matter where the fuel clunk goes? i noticed that you have it on the inside of the frames, but from another vid it's on the outside of the frames. is this just a preference or does the manual show it on the inside.

???? I have no vid that shows the clunk line on the outside of the frames? I am totally unclear what your talking about? MAKE SURE your not looking at the tank plug on the outside of the frame! That is a tank plug rubber NOT the fuel pickup system!

I sent Bob a tip about fuel lines in the tank, and he asked me to post it here. This tip was given to me by my buddy Russ McCutcheon of Vancouver Wash. If you look at fuel line it has a natural roll to it. This is because it has be rolled around a spool, and it wants to stay in that shape. The trick is install the fuel line so the natural roll points to the top of the tank. The fuel line will move easier in the direction of the natural roll. When flying upright gravity will pull the clunk down into the fuel. The natural roll to the fuel line will help the line move to the top of the tank when inverted. It makes a big difference when doing long inverted manuvers.
Try it, you will see how easy the line falls to the top of the tank, and the corners where the fuel is hidding.
Bob asked about after the line sits in fuel, will it still want to hold the rolled shape. The answer is yes. I have pulled out old line, set it on the table and it still held the the shape. It is going to be softer, but it still has some rolled shape to it.
Like I told Bob. I usally have to fish it out of the tank after it falls apart anyway.

It was moved to the centre of the tank because it didn't reach all corners of the tank when mounted at the side.

The last thing you want is poor fuel delivery! So it has to be mounted in the middle.

That rubber gromit/nipple on my Raptor was alot easier to put on the tank than on my T-rex 600N, now having to do that between the motor and tank it's not going to be fun.

It would be nice that the production would be different, maybe a 45 degrees shape on the tank, like on the Aurora, or if it would work on a 45 degrees on the front bottom part of the tank, but that would be more work, the frame would have to be designed for that.

I think that it will be hard to put the rubber/nipple when it has to be done at the field.

I think it's much easier to first mount the grommet, then the nipple, that just needs to be pushed in to a stop, instead of getting it correct all the way round. (bad english, sorry)
