Default ATOM 500 - alternative damper?

Hi buddies!

So the Delrin damper is EOL, the KBDD 4114 is EOL too, what's still around (for now) is the O-ring that surrounds the Delrin piece and can be replaced, but that's all left.

Has anybody researched an alternative damper? Maybe a damper from Mikado, Align, etc, one that has the correct measures and stiffness... who knows?

Thanks in advance!

Hobby Hangar in NZ are one source of parts if you can't find locally.

The EU shop still has the lime green dampers it in stock.

If that doesn't work out for you then you can try this out. In the below link MrNiceGuy mentions how he makes his custom dampers using 6 of 2x6mm Buna 70 durometer O-rings and cutting existing delrin damper into 2.

I haven't tried it myself but if you happen to try it do let us know how it goes.
