Spirit rescue and range check
I am running Spirit with a DX9, using the momentary (trainer, bind) switch as the rescue trigger. The momentary switch still activates the range check (30%) power indication when viewing the range check window. My question is, if I push the momentary switch for rescue activation, is it also cutting RF power by 30%, as well, or is it cutting the power while only in the range check window? Can I still reliably do a range check while in the range check window, even though I am obviously triggering the rescue function by watching the pitch of the blades change as I hit the button?

prob not doing unless in range check mode. I use telemetry to check my RSSI and set alarms for low signal.
don't you need to turn on radio with trainer switch on to enter range check mode?
