Ya Nytro, I live in a very special place, the weather here is pretty radical! Oh well, sometimes a break is good, like a 6 month break from flying.

That canopy definitely has good visibility. I like it.

I added the green as an experiment, it was all white there and that didn't work for me at all. The green isn't bad at all, but not totally pleased with it. Tamiya has a fluorescent red that is amazing (for my eyes) but it is too similar to the main upper color. My favorite is still the stock canopy with my fluorescent red addition.

Steve

Edit: The canopy you commented on is a Microheli unit, it's quite nice, high quality with an exceptional paint job. For some reason it makes the heli sound totally different though, just the way it catches the gear noise.

You do very nice work. The Microheli canopy sound, is it good or bad or just louder. I'm thinking the 250 cfx noise problem that people are talking about is a canopy design problem. I have thought about buying your Microheli version canopy.

The microheli canopy is a lot more robust, more rigid, I think it simply doesn't absorb sound like the stock canopy. The first time I spooled it up I had to shut it down, thought there was a problem, but like anything you get used to it. So basically just louder, and most noticeable during the first few seconds of spool up.

Maybe some CA and some duct tape, what you think Dennis?

Nytro, I have some Revolutions but once you've flown Rotortechs or Rails you're done, hooked!
