Default Anything in the plans for 2017/2018?

Any thing new? Maybe downsize the concept to utilize smaller motors on say a 700 sized heli?

1000 sized monster??

Nice!

Care to share some of the redundancies? Looking forward to hearing more about this project.

The more I look at the UAV I just really like the look!!!!!

I love the stealth appearance and stance!

Any chance we will be able to buy the kit without the guts inside or maybe just a simple setup?

You and me both.

This would be my dream machine.
My RC flying world, and others as well, doesn't revolve around 3D flight. My world revolves around just going out and enjoying the beauty of flight with some smooth big air.

Can you imagine showing up at the flying field with this airframe.
Same questions asked..."how many batteries did you bring for that thing"...answer..."just one set".
Question..."so you are only going to put up just one flight"...answer..."yes".

As you take off the nitro guys are standing there and one of them says..."he'll be done in a couple minutes and we'll take over".

An hour latter you hear..."what the hell" from the nitro guys.

Then pack it up and go make some money with it.

Super long flight times from an electric...I'm all in.

Here are some more photos from the VelosUAV.
VelosUAV is available as an assembled, tested and ready to fly platform. The on-board hardware used is top of the line and many parts are custom made specifically for the VelosUAV, like the blades, the motors, the servo monitoring micro controller etc.
Having said that for now, we are able to provide the helicopter with out the flight controller in case the client would like to use his own flight controller - autopilot - ground control station.
The rest of the hardware is standard.
The skids are also adjustable according to the payload.
For more information you can take a look to our new web site:

Alex, I want to see you smack the crap out of one of those with a massive camera and gimbal on it....

That would be awesome as it lets go and takes everything out in massive explosion....

Not really, Any way to convert a standard Velos to the same look/skids?
