A vibration caused by something in the rotor head is a low speed vibration. Most high speed vibrations on an electric heli is caused by something in the tail drive system or in the tail rotor system.

What headspeed are you running ? Some multiblade heads don't like high speeds.

Are the "pairs" (opposing) blades balanced by you (ie. not relying on factory balance) ?

Is the pitch on all 4 blades exactly the same ?

Is there any slop in any of the linkages ?

Are the blades too tight ? (they should be loose enough to straighten out during spool-up)

Was the heli running with no vibes before the 4 blade head was fitted (ie. was the 4 blade head the only change) ?
