Sorry to here that no one has responded to your question but there may be a good reason for that. One might be that you have posted in this thread which is related to "Show off your Oxy3 pics" and what follows. Creating a new thread with the question might have been given you a better response, but I will provide the following:

You asked what the crash cost would be for the Oxy3 and Goblin 380. Not many reports on crash damage yet so a summary of what are the most likely parts to be damaged in a crash and the cost to repair is an unsure entity. As for repair costs simply go to the Oxy3 parts listing and compare the prices to other heli's that you might be interested in. You might be surprised how reasonable the replacement parts costs are, in my opinion the crash costs are less than or equal to that of a Blade 180.

http://www.lynxheli.com/index.php?cPath=220_222_224

I fly a Blade 180, Oxy3 and Goblin 380. I had a tip over on landing with the Oxy3 and bent a feathering shaft $2.50. I have never crashed my 380 but have to say the heli that really digs into my wallet is the 180 but to be honest I am really rough on this little guy. I owned a Goblin 500 but because the 380 fly's so much larger than it really is, I decided to sell it and make the 380 my largest heli. Crash cost on the 500 although I never experienced anything more than $150 could be higher, thus the downsizing.

As for flight characteristics, I like them both just as much but in different ways. The Oxy3 is not a typical 300 class heli and provides a similar feel to the 380, just a bit smaller and can be flown in tighter spaces.

If you have never flown an Oxy3, in my opinion, your missing something special.

Oh, and one more thing, and I am not knocking the 380 because I just love the Heli (and have a second one on standby, just as I do the Oxy3) but there have been quite a few issues with fitment problems with its build which is something that you won't have to deal with in the build of the Oxy3. So much effort has been put into getting it right from the get go, that it's unlikely that you would suffer any problems in the build.

Jeez KX.. I guess it is not your lucky day. Tomorrow is another day ... BTW are you still in Dass Fatherland??
I added some foamie's to my stable, they are less prone to going on TILT in mid flight and are quite fun to steer into the blue sky!.

Ja! I'll be here for another 2 years! I fly foamies too, but that is more of a mindless fun, lol.

Thanks for that I appreciate ya'll. I think these two Helis might be perfect for me. I wonder if a oxy can share 3s lipos with a 380 heli.

Oxy3 - 3S or 4S (see the Oxy site for batteries, good prices) careful of dimensions and weight. I use Pulse 1350 35C 3S. Depends on flying style.
380 - 6S (1800 to 2600mAh) special dimensions. I use Pulse 45C 1800mAh

Thanks, guys! The Goblin motor was a KDE500XF-925-G3, from the pre-order. ESC is a Castle Edge 75 Lite and it seems to still be working just fine.

Sorry for the threadjack. Back to Oxy 3 pics!

Yess!!!! These two helis are my "Mobile heli kit"! I take them anywhere and if by chance I see a nice piece of land to fly on, I stop the car and fly a pack or two.
