Default Rewind KDE4215FX-465-22P

I have 6 brushles Motors KDE 4215FX.
4 of them do not work, the winding mistakenly hurt when installed with longer screws.
The two have a working approximately 477 Kv.
With a value of Rm = .0458 Ohms.
The other 4 measure erratically and almost all very high values.
View photo.

As seen in the photos, these stators come with a clip to hold the stator and a pin.
3 of them include the pin and 3 no. (It is replaced with epoxy)

Stator 40.14x15.62, .2mm lamination.
I am in the process of dismantling.
My challenge is rewind-er to work much closer with the 2 original.

Y try this schematic
maybe double LRK.

Mi termination is:
Start A to End C
Start B to End A
Start C to End B

Unfortunately the results are not as expected.
It looks very nice but does not help me.

I will have to return to the initial scheme, but will buy 19.5AWG or something like it.

My initial tests are as follows.

Rm .0367 ohms.
No load test.

6200 rpm, 3.2A, 10.98V= 564 Kv.
100 pts more in Kv y 2A additional.

I have some problem of termination, or simply the normal behavior of this scheme.

Maybe try a LRK on each half then parallel for a YY or DD scheme. That should drop your dc resistance and possibly lower your Io.

Thanks 1BOHO.

Today solved the problem, the 6th coil is the other way around.
Now the Kv is 480, Rm .037ohms, Io 1.17A.

Nice wind with a high Kw. What's the advanced winding scheme plotted harmonic content look like for this wind?

Originally rewind this motor with the basic scheme AaAabBbBCcCcaAaABbBbcCcC. But the Kv was less than the original. 447 vs 477. then had to take a turn. and the motor looked very empty.

Then I decided to make this wind where allowed me to put a much thicker wire 19AWG. A-A-b-b-C-C-a-a-B-B-c-c- Kv 480 Kv.

I also made a third motor with double 23AWG number of turns in parallel AaAabBbBCcCc/aAaABbBbcCcC scheme with a 470 kv.
