This worked for me on DX7s with brain 2. I have setup selection on three position switch ( gyro or gov switch). Set the values to: position 0 to -100%, 2 to 0%, and 3 to 100%. No other mixing needed.

This seem to have stopped working for me on uBrain 1 with 3.0.025 update? Any ideas? This in Gen2 DX6, worked fine on older software (3.0.003 I think)

Are the values now not from -100 to 0 to 100? Seems to be stuck on Setup 1...and there is no way to see what uBrain is reading from radion on CH5 anymore

Okay so I'm at the end of my rope here. I'm trying to get my DX6i set up with the Brain2 and am using satellite receivers. All is going well until I try to get my set ups "set up". I have configured my radio exactly as described in the first post and have set tail gain to software and setup selection to channel 5 in the brain software but I cant get the set ups to change from 1 to 2 or to 3. It's like the Brain software doesn't recognize ch5 at all. What am I missing?

Try this:
Go in Advanced mode -> Common -> Receiver
Remove the check from "Is set in software" checkbox
Now you can change the channel to "No Channel"
Now the channel 5 is totally "free" for other purpose
Reinsert the check in the "Is set in software" checkbox
Assign the free channel 5 to "Setup Selection".

That did it! I guess I just had to jostle the bits and bytes in the software a little.

Thank you, this hint prevented me to spend a couple of hours of searching today.

After connecting with Bluetooth and sliding through the basic menue my already running Setup(since 6 months) was "damaged"...channel 5 was not acting anymore.

After reading your post I did like you said and "hey" everthing is fine again.
It seams that the Android-App over bluetooth has "rearranged" the already running setting with channel 5 only by sliding through the sides.
