Thanks Bob
These flights were done with an engine that didnt seem to be running quite as good as it normaly does......
Turns out my back plate screws had came loose and the back plate was only trapped in by the bottom plate of the heli! All sorted now and re tuned today but this does go to show how well the vortex govoner works, even with an air leaking engine lol...

cheers

I was hesitant to say anything about the tune of your motor, but now that you've mentioned what happened, that explains why it sounded lean during most of the flight. It definitely did not have the "happy" sound to it.

I'm glad there was no damage to the motor.

It's definitely not a flight for the dumper!

Beat that bad boy up!

That was some very fast flying. I really don't know how your brain can keep up.

Here is something a little more sedate. A couple of packs with my stock 550e from the weekend. Not up to the standard of recent video posters, but I was having a blast none the less, and was starting at least to feel a more comfortable with the Vortex and how it is set-up.

Cheers

Yeah, I know. That's the GPH3 for you. Can't do better than that. It is very high res, and if they gave you the settings I could digitally zoom in more, but they don't allow it. Even on narrow, it is way too wide for me, so it is lost in the middle.

If I had some software to do some post processing, I could do that, but I don't, so sorry about that. Will try to get something, hopefully free. If anyone has any ideas?

Cheers

I meant I didn't read your location for the first time
I just realized you are living in the UK when I recognize the English look of the flying field
Your vids quality is good. Youtube is famous from 'eating the quality out"
It only plays 30fps for example...so much for the 60fps records...
You can google how to do 60fps in youtube but they are editing the videos using this and that and this and that....naaaah man I'm too lazy ... upload it straight
You can try using other video sharing sites mate like Vimeo. I've tried uploading 2 times there both ended with an error....
Nice flying BTW!
Would be very nice to fly together !
