Did windows just do some updates, like for drivers? An update may have hosed your USB dongle drivers.

Have you tried using a USB hub instead of directly connecting it to your PC ? That has fixed things in other sims with Win 10.

Hi. Check under Device Manager in Windows. When you plug in the dongle, you should see a usb device under 'human interface devices'. Have you tried reinstalling? Have you selected the correct switches on your dongle?

I had a similar experience after "upgrading" to win 10. I found that the dongle was much happier if it was connected before booting. I leave mine connected all the time now. I have the spektrum compatible dongle in case it matter, connected to a USB3 hub.

Hello.
I've got quite a lot of experience with pc's and windows, and I'll tell you my opinion.
Mine works on the other side with my new computer in win10. I have to power on pc with donggle disconnected, and connect it after power up to be recognize.
Looks like some kind of inestability behavior between win10 usb drivers and motherboard's different chipsets. Just a question of finding what works for you.
I don't think it's Phoenix fault
