Default CGY750 2.0 Setting Rudder

Hello,

I am setting two helicopters with CGY750 version 2.0 using a T18SZ Futaba transmitter. My tail servo is a BK7006HV, I roll through the menu setting the frequence to 760, normal, servo limit, and work mode is CMT. Here is were I am confused, the transmitter monitor shows the stick moves to 40% and the servo travels the full 100%. The CGY750 is reading 100% in A and B modes. I tried hooking a servo directly to the receiver (R7008SB) and it moves 100% on both the sticks and servo. Do I not have something set right in the radio or CGY, what am I missing?

This is expected behavior on the bench while in Heading Hold. Since the heli is not physically moving, the gyro keeps moving the servo to try and attain the desired rate.
The CGY750 is reading 100% in A and B modes.
This is default. A and B are the directions of travel for the tail, left pirouette, right pirouette.
I tried hooking a servo directly to the receiver (R7008SB) and it moves 100% on both the sticks and servo.
This is not a valid test with a 760us tail servo. The servo is expecting a 760us signal and the receiver only outputs 1520us.

Take a look at the video below by Nick Maxwell covering the tail rudder setup and tuning.

Good reply Robert. If you want to see what the tail servo is doing with respect to stick movement, put the tail gyro in rate mode. In AVCS, the only thing you can count on is that the servo with stop at the points defined by the A and B limits.
