Default Storage voltage for For 420 Gopacks.

So My question is regarding the Graphene Oxide Go packs.

I just received both my new 70 C 420 blen Gopacks. I checked the cell voltage and the cell Voltage is down to 10%. (3.60 - 3.70 volts range)

Is this normal storage voltage for Gopacks? Should I be concerned?

Thanks in advance for the replies.

Brenton.

Default so all is normal.

Got this reply back from revo. Hopefully its educational for someone.

Recent new shipping regulations on lipo batteries require that packs must be shipped at a 30% state of discharge for safety reasons. *Our colleague at REVO SG, who is an expert on lipo batteries actually discharges packs to levels below 30% for shipping. *You should have no problems charging the packs and they should operate to specifications. *

Yes, this is normal, my last several orders, including some orders from last year arrived the same way. My Revo GO packs that arrived earlier this week were ~3.7v/cell.
