What would the cost be just for the deck - the cut up for the bump controller? I want a similar setup but I want to move the pump controller between two cases

I just ordered the deck and lid for my Rigid case. What exactly needs dremeled to install the lid? Do I need to dremel along the entire ridge/edge of the lid or just a few key spots?

If you look at their stock photo with the lid on all that remains is the thicker two vertical braces. All the thinner webbing is removed. TIP: don't use a Dremel as it will just melt the plastic and make things messy and not look good. I used a long, flexible, breakaway style hobby knife to cut it all out. Leave the case in the sun while opened for 10-15 minutes. This will soften the plastic and make it easy to cut

Just a heads-up that our backlog from April/May has finally cleared, and lead times for complete charger cases is now 1-2 weeks and parts (including custom CNC work) is now 5-7 days.
So if you've been waiting to order due to lead times, now would be a good time.

Just curious if there is still a back log on orders. I placed an order about a week ago and have not heard back. I left a message on the contact page three days ago and no answer yet. Sorry for posting on here but I found no direct email or phone number to Bumpcharger.com.
Thanks, Doug

Sorry Doug, we've been out of town and it slowed things down.
Looks like your order shipped yesterday.

Well, BumpCharger.com is coming up on it's 1st birthday and it's time to celebrate with some cool new stuff !!!

We're really excited to annouce 3 new case designs targeting the lower-end of the power spectrum and optimized for the FPV racer and small-scale flyer.
http://www.bumpcharger.com/shop.html...=0&sort=normal

Many of the most-commonly requested features (like AC power switch, USB chargers, and 12v out) are now standard features on the new cases and prices start as low as $675 for a complete Bump-enabled setup.

We are also rolling out new options on the original BumpCharger cases, including a new Base Mounting Plate system that makes it much faster and easier to build your case.

Take a look and give us your feedback. If you know of buddies in the market for a case, please have them check out our options - we believe our features and prices can't be beat !!

Default Thank You

Kelly,

Received my PowerLab8, MPA, Bump Logo & tags today. Just in time to start charging and fly tomorrow if it stops raining here in Cleveland. So nice to have a charger again.

Thanks for getting the partial order out quickly. Looking forward to the BumpCharger deck coming soon.

Thanks,
Greg

Default Finally got around to building my charging case...

Assembly went very well. Built up the charging case with one PL8. Might add the other PL8 down the road, but still have the noise issues with the bump controller at power up. The Revo app for the iphone is the best work-around when the keypad stops communicating on the bump controller. Going to order longer servo lead to run 5-10 turns around a larger toroid ferrite core.

Everything else about it went well and looks awesome!

Thanks RevoKelly and BumpCharger.com for a fine product!

PM me on the noise issues - definitely not normal and no reason you should have to deal with touchscreen not responding.
