Default motor hot

hi all
my p500 use stock motor and esc
pinion 20t 5s lipo pitch 11deg 425mm blade
belt normal tight
use esc gov

i fly around 3min
tictoc, piroflip and soft fly

i fell motor is very hot its normal for 5s setup?

Yes the original Lipotech and MSH/Scorpion motors both run very hot.

20t is a pretty big pinion though, even on 5s it may be overkill. Most use 15t or less on 6s and get 4-5min flight times, 3:30-4 flying hard on a 2700mah.

Yep, they are famous for running hot. If you back the timing down a hair they run cooler.
