Don't buy the 10T pinion from the above link. The last time I ordered from them they sent me the 6HV 10T pinion. That won't work as it is for 6mm shaft. Atom has 5mm motor shaft.

I'm having good results with the Thunder tiger pinion part# PV0546 instead

It is sad but same here. Vital parts can no longer be found no more parts support from compass. I know this heli had a great run over 8 years which is amazing support! In my opinion the Atom 500 is a great 1st heli affordable low parts count and very easy to service. It was my first "real heli" every flight was a joy and the people in the forum are very kind knowledgable and helpful. If the parts i do have left dont sell im gonna piece her back together as best as i can and keep it up on the shelf as a conversation piece.
