This might be an old question but I just crashed my TT 50. I was able to rebuild it but I do not have the 50 size main gear (85 tooth). I do have a bunch of gears and pinion from the 30. can I use the gear ratio I think its a 9 tooth pinion with a 86 tooth main gear on my 50. I stripped my 85 tooth main gear.

You can, BUT you will lower your headspeed by about 200rpm running the R30 gear

If you cant get a raptor 50 gear then the second best option would be a gear from a Js model tz 50v2.
It's a perfect fit and after about 25 hours it still looks brand new.
Same goes with the clutch, tail and probably more parts
