Default Minor movement in boom

Hi have a Blade 450x. The heli had a crash a while back but was rebuilt and checked by a expert. It's had over 20 flights done with no issues but last night while giving it a checkover I noticed the boom has a slight (maybe 2-3mm) of pitch movement in it. I've checked all the mounts and screws but all seem snug. Is this acceptable or should I pull the whole thing apart and check every part?

No, not acceptable. Loosen the four screws (and sometimes even a few more of the nearest screws), while they are loose, pinch the frame halves together by hand while retightening them. This should do it.

Also, you can buy a set of the aluminum tail rotor servo mounts and install one of them next to the boom. This will keep the boom from sliding in.
