Buildem336, I am very interested, I have a Trex450 SE, and a 600E, both flight ready, but I don't fly a lot cause I'm kinda tired of flying alone. I feel like I'm stagnating, because I almost always fly alone. I am a proficient tail in/nose in hoverer, and I can do flips and rolls but thats where I'm stuck.

What field do you fly at, how do I get there, and do I have to join/pay, or is it just an empty field/lot.

Hey Manny I will be out there this weekend. I know I have been MIA, but being sick one weekend, then having my daughter to myself another, then last weekend was birthday and I wasn't around. Will be there for sure though this week. How are the new bearings. I haven't put them in mine yet.

Come on man, where's the scam here?

Yea Stock motor. But what else is on it? Hitch HS-65 MG, Spartan Gyro, Youngblood blades.

You can even see the tail is white, not stock yellow.

The stock blade 400 motor is a good motor, that was never the issue with the 400.

There is no way the stock gyro and servos is doing that.

And none of this is to say the pilot isn't impressive, but this thing is prepped up reallllllll nice!

I never flew this heli with the stock servos I put those on my blade cp pro and on that little bird they were awesome. I used the stock gyro for a while but it would not hold reverse flight This is my favorite 450 size because of its light weight and effecient motor I get an unbogable bird with real long flight times I put a 11t pinion which gives me 3250 headspeed then I gov down to 2900 headspeed and it gives awesome flight times and power. I get 6min flight out of 2200 pack or 4 1/2 min out of 1800 pack of 3d. The bird now has over 500 flights and apart from some wore down ball links and washout base the rest of the head is doing fine. I am keeping this bird all plastic.
Mods
65mg cyclic
401gyro
Ino-lab tail servo
Hyperion carbon blades
450 tail hub and carbon tail blades
CC 35 gov down to 2900 headspeed

Centerstick longer vertical horizontal tail fins keeps tail blades out of ground.

I think he is the one in the video. Heli looks the same. Look at his profile, they call him "Manny". Video say's Pilot=Manny Campos.

Love that canopy and tail stabilizers! I was going to make some out of plexiglass, but man, those look great!

Here is some good info for your Blade 400 bible.

As everyone knows the Blade 400 get tail vibrations I had the same problem with mine I would be going thru bearings really fast flying it pretty hard and I ended up even trying the t-rex 450 tail case since it has bigger bearings than the 400 does but those went out just as quickly so what I did is I put some ABEC 3 bearings in the tail case and in the front tail drive pulley and I got 200 vibration free flights I would touch the tail once every 30 flights or so to see if any vibes had returned and when I finally felt some vibrations it was 200th flight and even then the vibes were not enough to hear or see you could only feel them so I put a new set of ABEC 3 bearings and its been 35 flights on the second set and so far and no vibrations. I also purchased some ceramic bearings for it and I will put them on when these Abec 3 bearings go out about another 165 flights then I can see how much longer the ceramics will last. This is by far the cheapest way to get rid of the vibrations on this heli.

These are the ABEC3 bearings

These are the ceramics I will be trying later

Manuel's bird is by far the Best 450 Heli i have ever flown. If you want what i consider the best performing 450 size heli. Just clone his set up and be done with it. It flys twice as long and lot stronger then my Trex 450, that has the Steve Neu 1107H 1.5y, running 3350 RPM. I Don't even fly my 450 any more. Don't get me wrong its set up with nothing but the best. But That B400 Just Blows it away. I just stick with My Trex 500 now. Now if that made a Blade 500, Now that would be a heli.
