Converting my fleet to Futaba. I have a T14SG. Looking at this rx since it is small and HV safe.
http://www.experiencerc.com/store/fu...7-p-10644.html

Question is, is it "micro" because it is small or because it is meant for small Helis? I fly BIg and most of my fleet are 600+. I have a 750 speed machine. Is there a other rx I need?

Keep in mind all of my Helis have vbar pro on them.

Thanks guys!

Have you considered the R7008SB - it'll give you telemetry back to your T14SG.

I use one and its been great.

I use this Rx on my Diabolo no signal problems at all.

Stay away from the one that say "indoor".

The SBE with the stubby antenna is the mid range one, recommended up to 1000mm rotor diameter.

The one you linked Chris is full range, good for any size.
Maybe they call it Micro because of size and lack of channel ports.
Any current FBL works with S-Bus anyway. It makes a nice clean, reliable setup.

Chris, are you running Jive ESC at all?
If you grab a JLog+JSend it will pull from data stream and send to your Tx as well.

JLog will work with Castle via Castle Link Live to relay telemetry.
More info here the JLog forum if your interested.

Interesting good to know I'm a check that out thanks. I have a Heli with a talon speed controller and it doesn't offer logging this could come in handy.

Hmmm... Not sure it will work on the Talon if it's without logging.
Better to start a thread in there and Tom (JLogs Designer) will confirm.
