About 10 years my lovely helli. He continues to fly beautifully until today.

I scored a brand new 7 year old Trex 500e the other week, finally got to maiden it=) She flew perfectly.

Hi.

So after six years of not flying any RC stuff. (Short on time and money when studying to become an software engineer), I'm finally back in the air!

I got a deal early this summer on a 500x Dominator at -40%. It had a faulty RCE-BL80X, and they sent me the RCE-BL80A (Hobbywing) as a replacement. All in all a great deal.

I also dusted off my older 450 Pro and 500Esp, and added some upgrades.

I made a full build video series, when assembling the 500x, so I might as well share it here.

My flying at this stage is not the most impressive, but coming along. A friend of mine joined me at the field, and filmed....

Here is one month or so of flying after a long haietas.

My 10 year old 500e still getting after it after all these years. Testing the Brain2 settings just changed last weekend.
