has anyone tried a neuron on a plane?

I put my neuron on a small epo foam plane (635mm), and I'm very impressed! The plane is crazy fast and twitchy and the neuron smooths it right out. It even compensates for the twisting of the elevator surface when you pull up hard, no more curling off to the side.

The ability to set roll rates in deg/sec is great. The planes handling stays linear regardless of speed.

If you like to fly planks as well as helis, give the neuron a try.

A couple of small issues... In heli and quad modes you can assign channels in the neuron. Airplane mode doesn't have this feature. I had to use my A9 radio instead of my trusty old 9303 as I needed to reassign all the channels. (JR9303 with a hitec spectra module, bound to frsky minima receivers. Channel order is a bit weird over ppm) And it would be nice to have master gain assigned to a spare channel for in-flight tuning.
