Default error 44 - rc input ch 2 out of range help

Having a little trouble with a heli im looking at for a fellow flier.

Trex 600E - flybarless conversion
DX8 gen 1 radio
spectrum ar8000 high speed rx with 1 sat (jumper wires to vbar)
futaba bls 451/251
black vbar with black sensor - 5.3 pro
align bl600 motor
hobbywing platinum 100a
6s setup

Issue is during a hover sometimes it will do a cyclic glitch. Sometimes just once sometimes a few times in a row

I did notice the error 44 on the last flight.

At the very beginning of the log there is a series if ch5 missing but only 40 seconds so im thinking it was on bench

The 600E has a belt driven tail? This looks like static hit from that. Make sure tailboom is grounded from rear gearbox to motor mount.

OK so that rules out static, then the only other cause can be the sat wire, try to get the JR sat wire as they are of better quality and if possible fit a second sat.

Does the vbar log each channel ?

This one has a full sized 8 channel spectrum receiver with 1 sat connected to it .

Then it's wired to the vbar box with jumpers.

What is odd is that this was fine for a full season already , no changes to anything , no crashes either.

Only change was a tail touch which chipped a tooth on TT front end.

Changed out to the black lower drive gear and the matching TT front drive gear and TT input bevel gear.

It does have a tight spot on it , so I can say that will up the vibe level. Noting the logs represent basicly a hovering orientation practice (he's new). There is several raised and some extreme vibes.

Connections are hotglued for vibes.

Those timy wires on the Spektrum sats tend to chafe and wear against the frame. Better to replace them.
