Default Low rpm warning

Does Eagle tree have a system that will monitor the rpm of the main rotor and will give me an audible warning at the transmitter? Had a crash yesterday, and didn't realize that my head speed was dropping until it was too late to auto-rotate in.

I think it would go by motor rpm if it did and that wouldn't have helped.

Nope it wouldn't have helped at all. I need real time head-speed monitoring.

If you mount a mag. to the main shaft you can use the RPM sensor, BUT in order for this to work you will need the remote screen and the transmitter. Then set up a low speed alarm. If you have the room the simplest way to mount a mag. is in a 2nd. mast collar.

Hope that help you.
