There are definitely problems with the reception on your Neo, did you do a range check as per manual?
The Logo helis have a problem with static and with antennae on the boom can cause static problems to the reception. No UI sensor required with the Tribunis.

I just posted the issue on Vstabi.info as well. I am starting to think it is the new Neo. I am not too sure if I understand what he is looking for ? (see quote below from Vstabi.info) He wants any previous log entries ? (although this is the first real flight. I will see what I can find) He wants the log file from the VControl and not from the VBar Control Flight Analyzer software ? Quote: We need the complete Log. Please add 2 things: - this log and the previous one (there must be one with the init). - having a NEO read the full log with the pc software, there may be more entries "in between" both files.

Yes, I don't see it being a static issue. Your motor was not on and you lost connection.
My guess is that they want you to go into the VBC itself and get the files. I.E. plug your radio into the computer via usb. Then search for the files via menu system. (just like if you connect a digital camera to a computer and find the images.). Sounds to me like your Neo has something wrong. While rare, you will not be the only one.

In the V-Control , can you set an alarm if packet lost is detected?

If you have the ui sensor installed. I would remove that from the system and retest. I had issues with my neo that went away when I removed the ui sensor . How does the signal strength on the neo look? Do you have a strong signal. I had a bad neo and the signal strength was very weak.

I am running the Scorpion Tribunus ESC. It doesn't use the separate UI sensor.
As far know when I look at the signal status it shows it is perfect.

Is it possible to export the data from the Neo and upload it in a new Neo ? Or do I have to set it up from new ? I have a another new Neo I could try.

turn on the vcontrol and then power the heli. Once you boot up, look in the radio (setup area I believe, but could be wrong), there will be a save/load function. Save the file and remember the name. Later, when you start up the new Neo, click on load file. It will then load the file onto the new Neo. It can take quite a few seconds to load the new file, but it will be work.
I did this a bunch of times with my helis.

My 2 cents, there are too many Input Packets lost, I don't think it's the Neo, more something else what's causing it but to start exchanging components one by one is a good approach.

It was a flying model before I put the new Neo on. I had a BD3SX and a Futaba RX with no issues. The tail case is grounded to the boom and the boom to the motor mount. I have tried three different ESCs. when I had the Jive on it I tried four different UI sensors. It kept resetting. It resets right at the beginning befor the motor is turning so I doubt it is a static issue or a motor short. I will install a new motor and a new Neo to see if that fixes it ? Motor first ? Just afraid I will install a new motor take it up and it crashes again.

I understand it’s frustrating
Change the motor and leave the current Neo inside and see if that works. If not, replace the current Neo with another Neo. |

Is the vcontrol and neo new or used? Since you have neo to try I would try that like you suggested. If everything is new it's not likely the problem but stranger things have happened. Could be a cold solder or something.
