Sudden binding issue with Ikon2 on Goblin 380

Hi everyone. I powered up my 380 today and didn't get the 4 confirmation "pumps" on the swash. The motor powers up if I take off TH. I tried re-binding several times (using a bind plug). It was supposedly successful, per the TX and ESC confirmation beeps, but I still don't get the swash pumps confirmation, and I still have no swash control.

I'm using a Dx6 with ikon 2 and spectrum sats. Flew great last week. As far as I know nothing changed between then and now.

Ideas?

Can you check if the TX is set to 11ms, as well as the settings in brain?

When I bind it says 22ms. I changed the settings for the model in the TX to 11ms and re-bound. No dice. I've been trying to go into the Ikon software to check things but I'm also having issues there. The software just won't recognize the unit. It's always been intermittent but now I can't get it to connect at all.

1. When I do power up the helicopter the active set up light on the Ikon blinks red. That's why I want to re-attempt set up.

2. As I said, it was working perfectly a week ago. I did. It change anything

3. Does the frame rate matter at this point if it's been working until now?

Update: spoke with Ikon support. They think it's a bad unit. They are sending me a new one.
