To vaguely answer your vague post.
Search this forum, Google, youtube, you're welcome!

My favorite multi blade heads are those made by Century. They have them with GRP plastic blade grips and with metal blade grips.

Check with keyrigger here as he has experience with a number of different multi-blade heads. I am sure he can make some good suggestions for you.

I agree with BT

If you spend a couple of hours reading threads in this forum and come back with a few more details, it would be easier to help;

what size ?
what heli ?
what fuselage ?
how many blades ?
what FBL do you currently use ?
are you looking at a "standard" head or a Plug & Play head ?
how deep are the pockets ?

All i can suggest is do not skimp on a multiblade head,
they are numerous multi blade heads out there, and a lot are junk ( you get what you pay for) look for a head with the least amount of slop in the blade grip area, slop equals vibration. if you feel movement without the blades attached it gets worse with the blades on
i dont think you can go wrong with the century heads also look at Vario.
another option is the new TSA 4 blade head the also have 3 blade very reasonably priced and no need for phasing setup if you use their swash plate availabe from TSA Helicopters,
Here again they are not cheap but worth the price,it will save you tons of time trying to figure out how to correct the problems a low quality rotor head will cause.
As for stab systems some multi blade helis may require it some wont they are a lot of multi flying without stab systems,if this is your first I would suggest using one.
they all work equally well Beast X, Helicommand,Skookum,Dji,Vbar theese are all well respected stab systems see forums for info
hope this helps to confuse you
