Liner is in one piece and seems rather ok. Should I change it? If I could take it out without dismounting the engine then could check it after I put new clutch in.

If it's looks good I would just swap the clutch and fly. I did and mine is still fine a year later.

So today went to the field after I changed the clutch to new, but then also had to change the liner.
Did a couple of flights, and noticed one cyclic servo glitch. Luckily it was on land, and I have a spare DS610 lying around.
Started thinking of upgrading to HV servos, anyone using brushless KST? Have not seen any negative reviews on BLS815/805.

I'm using the brushed kst in my 600n and I just put the brushless in my NX7. Haven't flown the brushless yet but I bought them because I had such good experiences with the brushed ones.

Appears that Brain FBL unit has gone crazy, not the servo. Changed to another servo and it did the same, then none of servos were working and now the unit does not even initialize. Luckily it happened on the ground.

What settings for nitro governor on Trex 600 OS 50 Hyper with MSH Brain?
I`m getting overspeeding after hard collective maneuvers.
Are these settings ok?
P-52
I- 30
D-65
Pitch precomp 0
Cyclic precomp 0

And how can I set fail safe in MSH software, if sensor fails to read real RPM it automatically goes to predefined RPM, let`s say 70%?

Hi Ignatjev, perhaps best to ask the question in the MSH forum.

already asked in FAQ but did not get reply

Another question to OS 50 Hyper owners, how many turns out on main needle. Is two and a half too much?
Asking because I went to 30% nitro and engine is overheating on hard maneuvers. Temps are going up quickly into 120..130 C

the overspeeding is probably more to do with your engine tuning/fuel choice than governer. id say your running lean.

however if your engine was not designed to run on 30% it may need an extra shim to lower the compression ratio.

It could be that you are just to lean on the needles. richen up your needles till its running obviously rich. always start from there if you dont know where a baseline is. With higher percent nitro you are going to need to run richer anyway.
