Default Bump doesn't connect to one side of my Dual Powerlab 8

My charging setup has been flawless for several months. However, last time out flying my left side (Number 1) of my Dual powerlab stopped the charge with the Lost Data Link error.

Now the bump controller does not see that side at all when connected. If i disconnect the servo lead "Data cable" and reconnect it, the bump controller restarts. It's only on the left side. I have tried changing the servo lead, I have placed a choke on the bump controller power leads, but still.

The charger itself seems ok, but the bump controller only wants to recognize the right side of the charger. Expansion port assignments don't seem to make any difference either. Whatever numbers I chose, the right side works every time, but the left one does not. Also when the data link for the right side is connected, the bump immediately recognizes it, but whenever i connect the left side the bump controller restarts but does not recognize it.

Not sure what else to try.

Would appreciate any thoughts.

I had this happen once before. Turned out the pins on that servo connection in the Dual Powerlab 8 was damaged or bent somehow.

Visually inspect them, and if it looks amiss, get an RMA and send it in for repair or exchange.

It seems I spoke too soon on the charger. I went to see if I charge with it without the bump controller, and as I was connecting the battery I heard some crackling noise and the charger screen started fading and comping back as if it wasn't getting proper power. My connections are all good and the supply is too I am sure. Its powering the other side just fine.

It seems I may have to send it in This really sucks. Singapore is my nearest option
