Default Interested, is it worth it???

I have an mQx.. I tried a used 330X on the forums one time and got one that had bad motors, couldn't get it to fly.

Question is... How do these compare to the mQx and how durable are the 330X's?

Setting up? Pretty easy or pain in the a$$?

I love the way the mQx flies and I am having a BLAST!

I have both the MQX and 330X. To its credit, the MQX is in my opinion, probably the single toughest, durable small aircraft E-Flite has ever made in any category.Throw away the stock canopy and replace it with the bottom of a plastic pop bottle. It will take a pounding and keep on flying. It is a good "first" quad to learn on. After you get comfortable with the MQX, the 330X is for more advanced levels of flying. It is upgradable in terms of electronics, esc units, receivers and motors. It has a lifting weight capacity that supports a variety of small cameras that can be used for AP (aerial photography) applications. Its lifting capacity also allows a choice of battery configurations for longer flight times. It also supports FPV (first person viewing) applications. Using the 330X with the Naza Flight Controller and GPS upgrade produces a very sophisticated flying platform that performs well in mild winds and hundred foot altitudes.

Just finished the maiden flights with Naza and GPS on my Gaui 330X. It is now a totally different aircraft. Dead on stable with superb handling. DJI has a real winner with the Naza and GPS.
