R1 don't sound right

So I recently purchased 5 R1 servos, 4 cyclic, 1 for a throttle and 1 tail... daring my initial setup with the new ikon2 I noticed that one servo sounds different from all of the others it is a lot louder and doesn't seem as smooth to me it was also kind of hard to tell but it seemed like that Servo was starting to get warm to the touch( this is a cyclic servo) do you guys think I should just stop and send it back and wait for a new one I got them all from A Main Hobbies?

At a minimum move it to the throttle. I would cut out the middle man and call or email Xpert USA and see what they say. I expect they would have you send it in.

Go to the distributor's RMA system to fill an RMA case, it looks like the electronics side of the servo needs to be looked into. Xpert USA would replace a new unit for a warranty case.

Got ahold of customer service today they said no problem send it in here's ur RMA # and we will send you a new one back got to love when you get customer service like that when it's that easy

I had a similar issue on another micro servo. Xpert took care of it right away.
