Spools up but no lift

I'm having issues getting this heli off the ground. I can spool the motor up to half stick, and then push all the way to full throttle but it won't give me any lift. I hold the throttle off and move the stick and the blades seem to angle to where I should be getting lift. The swash plate works to tilt the head in all four directions, just no lift... Any ideas what's going on?

Mine is now acting the same way. Since I bought it used, great condition though, I have bought two new batteries and a new tail motor. At first it did ok in the garage but quickly lost power, so I'm guessing it is now time for a new main motor, possibly the Xtreme upgrade. I'm already selling it, so if this does not work I am not buying a main board because its just not worth it. I will chalk it up as a loss.
