Default unequal collective

For some reason I get unequal collective when setting up 3GX.

I've tryed moving the 3 links for swash up and down but then you just end up changing the others to set 0 pitch.

it seems the only way to have equal pitch it to have 0 deg at the first mark above 0 on transmitter. ( 2.0 deg pos)

maybe someone knows what i'm doing wrong

unequal collective = servo horns not level.
In Dir Setup I set 0, 50, 50, 50, 100 so it's easier to find mid stick while setting up the head
Horns set on as close to level with no subtrim and then use subtrim to level them
Make sure horns are perfectly level
With DCF adjust rods to swash till swash is level and you have 0 on the blades
With standard FBL dead adjust rods to swash till control arms are level and swash is level. Then adjust rod to mains till they are at 0.

If this is all correct and you have uneven pitch, post readings and we'll fix it.
