Agile 5.5 frame plates

I was doing some looking around the other day, and found this on Hawk RC: http://www.hawk-creation.com/index.p...ile+5.5&page=1

Has anyone seen or tried this part? The part number is wrong, as that number is actually the Agile 5.5 frame side. Don't know if this is a KDS part or aftermarket. I wasn't able to find the part on KDS's website.

Kinda cool. They look like frame stiffners - just like what I have on my Gaui X5. Probably would help because the frame doesn't seem to crash very well. Replaced both side frames this summer in a crash.

They do look like reinforcement for the lower frame. I know somebody that was a factory pilot for KDS and the only thing he said was the frame tended to break on the bottom and the landing gear mounts would bend in a crash. Other than those two things he loved the helicopter and had nothing but good things to say about it, I’m not sure why he’s not flying for them anymore I didn’t think to ask him.
