Default Issue with Cyclic servo? Dirty?

So if I hold on to the heli on a table and spool up all the 3 servos move up treating positive pitch. Throttle down and they all move down. Thing is I can do this a few times and by the 3rd time one of the rear servo is higher a than the rest. After a few seconds of the heli resting the servo will move down to match the others. Is the servo going bad, dirty or is it something worse like the logic board?

It's probably the board, get it in the air and see if it does it. FBL don't like sitting on the ground.

Damn I think you may be right. I was hovering it in my living a few minutes before that and it flew fine.

It might be normal...
Are you sure it's not just the gyro holding the servo in position until the gyros deactivate? They stay active for 5 seconds after the motor is turned off.

Try a quick test, unplug the motor, power it up like normal, and power up the motor like normal to turn the motor on. Of course nothing will happen, but the goal is to activate the gyros. Move the cyclic around and check if all servos act normally. Since it's FBL, the servos will hold position because the gyros run the show. Kill the throttle, and 5 seconds later, all servos should snap back to neutral when the gyros deactivate. If this is the case, it's normal.

If a servo is jittery and can't find a position, it's dirty. If it's momentarily unresponsive when it should be moving, it may be failing. (This doesn't count when the gyros are active and their virtual position is beyond a servo's throw limit, this will take time until the gyro brings the virtual position back to within the servo's range).
